Disappointed again. Google says they are open. We arrived at 3:15 to an ‘open’ note on their sign but a chain that said closed. I don’t know if I will try to stop by again.

Here’s the thing, the food is good. The beer is very good but the problem is once you have been there 3 or 4 times, you pretty much tried their whole menu. Very limited menu with just a few sandwiches and salads. Pretty much chicken this and chicken that. The couple of times I tried to order the crab cake they were out. If you only want to be known as a brewery then fine but if you want more business, add more food items! The Middleburg location is usually very slow and I am referring to Friday and Saturday nights.

“biere!” “frites et sourires!!” [tres Belgique 😋] the beer had fewer hops / hoppiness / flavor than i would expect, especially in a small brewery, but that’s the only detraction (we trend toward “beer snobs”). nice vibe, nice people, good location, we would HIGHLY recommend it if you’re ever in the area.
