I had submitted an appointment request for a next day service. I submitted the request 12/1 at 11am for the following day at 330p. The morning of 12/2 (the next day) I received a confirmation text that my appointment was accepted. Almost two hours later I received a text that my appointment was cancelled. I did not receive an optional time or contact from the company, just automated texts first accepting and then canceling my appointment.
