I just moved here I have not had any problems at all the Mobile home park is quite during the day and really quite after 10pm. Manager Bill is getting the mobile home park back together like he said to me its going to take time its not going to happen over night he is right. Plus it takes a team to get it right. This is the first time I’ve ever owned a house. I got it for a great price. Obviously there is some work. Nothing that I find unlivable. If you are respectful and you treat the manager and the neighbors properly. They will help you in whatever you need. I can call Bill (manager) day or night and he will help me. The neighbors are very kind and quiet for the most part. The park still needs work but as a community where we are fixing it little by little.
I have been living here since aug of 2016. Not my choice I had no where else to go. The old owner Tim used to work with me on things that needed to be fixed. The new owners who live in TX and the park manager Bill Neville don't do shit. The landlord talk to me like im a piece of shit. He's called the police on me for having a bon fire and im aloud too according to westland police. Plus my furnace has a gas leak and my hot water tank is bad. I sure can't afford to buy them.
