Bill changed this park around I'm so grateful to have him here he really cleaned this park up
I was living there for roughly 7 yrs .the park is now under new ownership since .One would think that it would have gotten better , that's not the case . They will tell you that you can buy the trailer but there are NO TITLES or DEEDS . The Park Manager , William (Bill) Neville , is a very rude , disrespectful, arrogant , hateful little man , that has absolutely No respect for Women . The trailers are ALL in terrible condition . My home is fine. I owe my own most people do. We cut the long. We clear sweet dreamsuicide trains. Most problems occurred within the 24 hour. People have the opportunity to buy their own home and sell it on home in the park transfer to lease. Which is a verbal lease for 30 days after 4 months of banging the park rules and paying rent on time.The home is awarded to you for nothing.Make more room for the family with our best selling grandy section on

Called because they had an ad on Craigslist. The manager was so rude and disrespectful. Not sure if that person is the owner, if so shame on them that is not how you handle customers on a phone. If he is just a manager the owner needs to find new management if they want to fill occupancies. The rude arrogance simply because I got off work at 4:30pm and Bill is too lazy to do a ten minute walk through.
