It's nota walk in. No matter who and what tells you otherwise. It's NOT A WALK IN CLINIC. Don't waste your time.
Go here if you want your time wasted. My doctor never called for my phones appointment. When I reached out to ask why, the person first said that i need to come in person and then after told me that im not welcome in the clinic.
I always have a great experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff are consistently friendly, kind, and very helpful. They take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. The customer service is excellent every visit. I really appreciate the care and professionalism they provide.
I wish I read the reviews before booking an appointment. However the only reason for booking appointment was the earlier availability. My appointment was with Dr. Trieu for a very simple and basic skin issue at the time when the clinic was fairly quiet without any patients waiting. The doctor was late seeing me by more than 1/2 hr. I found him very impatient and impolite without willing to listen to my reasons why I was there and the circumstances that could help him diagnose my problem. It was very bad customer service her name was Mandy . She was very rude and no sympathy whatsoever. She should be needs a customer service training.
