Great senior community. Great and friendly manager and maintenance staff.
Great senior community, quiet and clean. Our manager and maintenance guy are top notch.
Nice quiet neighborhood but trees are too close to some homes and some trees way too big to be in a manufactured home park. Lot rent is reasonable, some people don’t keep their sidewalks free of debris and overgrown plants hanging over the sidewalks. Needs better sidewalk and street repair companies, big dip around manholes cracked and uneven sidewalks. Easy access to downtown district.
