We met with Ben and paid for a detailed bid. Several weeks later he informs us that they no longer do residential renovations and refused to refund our money although no work was done. Screens his calls and doesn’t respond to emails... expected more from someone who is also an elected official in town.

First of all and most important the finished product is awesome and exceeds our original expectations. Ben was able to capture and enhance our original vision. Others are equally impressed with both the construction quality and aesthetics of our screen porch and attached deck. From the multiple beamed ceiling to the real stone fireplace all is integrated into the natural beauty of our yard/landscaping. After collecting several estimates for a 12x20 screened porch with roof, from various local companies, my husband and I signed a contract and paid our first deposit of 50% to Old Oak Construction. This was in March of 2018. We chose to work with Old Oak Construction because the owner is a Veteran, we support our Military and also because the company is American owned.
