Four level parking facility does not have an attendant. Today, after the play at the Grand at least 40 people were lined up trying to use the one machine needed to pay the ticket and it was not working properly. To compound this frustrating experience, the elevator was broken down. Many people were trying to walk up 4 storeys of stairs including myself, a handicapped senior. There was no one to call, no one to help with these issues. All this with a cost of $15. I will not park here again.
