After a recent remodel, we noticed moisture accumulating in portions of our Rondesic rondette (Deltec) ceiling. Old North State Building determined it was caused by the inappropriate installation of closed-cell spray foam alongside batt insulation. They supervised the removal of the spray foam, the installation of new batt insulation, new drywall and drywall repairs, and then repainted.
