I saw Dr. Pepe to prepare for a LASIK redo. Her service was great then. More recently I got reading glasses that have already made a huge difference! And they were on sale too! Linda was extremely helpful in helping me choose frames and select the appropriate kind of lenses to meet my needs. On top of that, the place itself is a beautiful, welcoming environment that includes free coffee or espresso if you like.
First of all, Linda is a dang wizard when it comes to finding the perfect frames in your budget. So incredible. My glasses are the best ever and such high quality but without unnecessary upgrades and upselling (although they offer premium services). Incredible! I walked in in a pinch, our clients glasses were broken right in half and couldn't drive home without them. This super kind amazing woman replaced the frames with her lenses and it made our day. My only regret is not asking her name! If you're reading this thank you SO much, your kindness is so appreciated and not taken for granted!
Dr Pepe has given the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. I trust my whole family with her. And I will only buy my glasses from them, not only do they have an amazing selection the support and service you continue to get is unmatched. I was having issues with my old glasses. It would have been easy to say it’s too old you need to buy a new pair, but no. They took my spare glasses and made an adjustment so I can continue on and took the old pair and sorted thru old pairs. With an hour I got a call back saying the had repaired it and can pick it up. Saved me several hundred dollars and didn’t charge me, I will be back!
