Wow!!!! What an eye exam!!!! Full disclosure, I am friends with Dr. Pepe and I am so thankful she is my eye doctor! I am also an optometrist and haven’t had an eye exam in 10 years, I’m 50 so definitely overdue. I am having some trouble seeing so I went to see her…I knew she just upgraded her equipment and I had been discouraging her from doing this because it’s expensive….boy was I wrong! I saw Dr. Pepe to prepare for a LASIK redo. Her service was great then. More recently I got reading glasses that have already made a huge difference! And they were on sale too! Linda was extremely helpful in helping me choose frames and select the appropriate kind of lenses to meet my needs. On top of that, the place itself is a beautiful, welcoming environment that includes free coffee or espresso if you like.
First of all, Linda is a dang wizard when it comes to finding the perfect frames in your budget. So incredible. My glasses are the best ever and such high quality but without unnecessary upgrades and upselling (although they offer premium services). Incredible! I walked in in a pinch, our clients glasses were broken right in half and couldn't drive home without them. This super kind amazing woman replaced the frames with her lenses and it made our day. My only regret is not asking her name! If you're reading this thank you SO much, your kindness is so appreciated and not taken for granted!
