Incredible! I walked in in a pinch, our clients glasses were broken right in half and couldn't drive home without them. This super kind amazing woman replaced the frames with her lenses and it made our day. My only regret is not asking her name! If you're reading this thank you SO much, your kindness is so appreciated and not taken for granted!

I was having issues with my old glasses. It would have been easy to say it’s too old you need to buy a new pair, but no. They took my spare glasses and made an adjustment so I can continue on and took the old pair and sorted thru old pairs. With an hour I got a call back saying the had repaired it and can pick it up. Saved me several hundred dollars and didn’t charge me, I will be back!
Came in with a broken frame, and the team went out of their way to help. They spent a lot of time and when they found a good fit they even replaced the frame—all without charging me. Really kind and generous service. Thank you so much!
Just moved back to London, after 24 years away and a friend recommended Old North for my long overdue eye exam. It was a welcoming, very comfortable, friendly space. The best part, however was meeting Linda and having her expert help in picking a new pair. She is patient, honest, very efficient and I am so happy with my new pair. She’s encouraged me to pop in any time for adjustments to ensure the most comfortable fit and I have! Thank you, Linda, for everything you do to help others look and feel fabulous!
