Bob came to do an estimate at my late parents' home as there are a number of Victorian antiques. From start to finish, he proved to be an exceptional person to deal with. Ironically, I say this despite him not buying anything from me! He was honest and helpful. And if that weren't enough, he helped get a baby squirrel out while he was there!! He was a refreshing difference from other antique dealers who were frankly rude on the phone.
Bob was super friendly and fair with us selling our moms sterling flatware. He arrived within minutes of me calling. I would definitely recommend this business and Bob to anyone who has something valuable to sell!!
After reviewing a number of companies, I'm so glad I went with Bob and Andy. They were very thorough, friendly and professional in looking over the pieces we wanted to sell We were pleased with the information they gave us and the pricing we agreed on. Highly recommend!
