These guys were great from setting up the appointment to coming out and fixing the electrical issues we had at our car wash. Bobby is a great electrician with 20+ years of knowledge. Happy to have found this company and will definitely be calling them for any other electrical issues in future!
I’ve worked with O.N.C.E a couple of times since buying my first house. So far, Bobby and his team have installed new ceiling fans and lights, replaced old fixtures, and moved switches. He and his team do great work. They are always on time, upfront about costs and timelines, and are happy to explain what’s feasible and how they do their work. Bobby, from Old New Castle Electric was very responsive and professional. I needed a new service line from my meter out to the city’s service hub along with some work in the panel. The project was extremely painless from my perspective, O.N.C.E. made all arrangements for permits and all communications with the electric company scheduling power shut-off and power restoration. The work looked great and the job site was cleaned. I would highly recommend ONCE for your electrical needs.
