I just had an extraordinarily negative experience at the Old Navy at 1244 Galleria Blvd in Roseville, CA 95678 with Cashier 2890121. I came in to pickup an order that I had purchased online. I bought two shirts in store a few days before, and saw that I'd save money by buying them online and returning my original in-store purchase. The cashier that "assisted" me at the pickup counter started of with something along the line of "What do you need?" The customer service at this location is horrible! They really need to have upper management come in and clean house and start from fresh!!!!
You would think there would be more sales and better Bargains I walked out of their spending way too much for a few clothes for kids
