As I checked out, an item marked $12.99 on the ticket rang up $14.99. Pointed it out to unsmiling, unfriendly clerk. She said “I can change it if you want” Not “I’m sorry” or “let me correct that” - just implied I was asking her to go out of her way to fix a problem within their system that separated me from my $. No customer service training, I suppose. However - this WAS a store system issue as well. So warning others - know the price on each item you hand them and watch the keypad as they ring up.
