The store was a bit crowded(Early Access Black Friday), but you can't rightly blame the store for the sheer amount of people shopping there at a given time. I managed to procure 4 pairs of pants at 50% off, the store was full of friendly and helpful staff who weathered my humor about the loafers looking like they're up to no good like champions, and frankly I hold no regrets about shopping there.
I live 30 minutes from this store so I called to see if you had maternity clothes before driving out there. I was told "yes, we have an awesome selection" so I made the drive out there hoping to find lots of cute clothes! First, I walk in and notice signs everywhere saying text a certain number for a $5 off $35 coupon via phone so I did, when I got the response it said we will send you the offer in 1 day.. whats the point of that if im shopping in there today! Very disappointed. I purchased a shirt for my husband that was on sale on the 40% rack and they charged me wrong. When I brought it to the attention to an employee at the store she told me that the shirt was from online and that's why it rang up that price. I showed her the same shirt on the rack and she said that even though the shirt is the same, since it's from online, it was more. Makes no sense. Both shirts were the exact same except the size.
