When I walked into the store I noticed the employees working hard but seemed very sad and overwhelmed. They should honestly be paid more for the hard work they put into the job.

Wanted a shirt but the only one in my size was up on display, above the racks. Asked the store manager for it and she said she wasn’t allowed to sell it to me. Not sure if she just didn’t want to bother getting it down or steaming another one to put in its place, but she told me she could order one for me, so maybe Old Navy just doesn’t want to have brick and mortar stores anymore?

The work environment at the Destiny USA store is toxic and I am calling out Cassidy as a BULLY!!!

I have been a loyal customer at Old Navy at Destiny for many years. On Tuesday June 18th I noticed a new manager Cassidy was ignoring customers and bullying the employees, she is NOT a people person and should not be in retail !! This is not a good look for this company! Old Navy is known for kind and helpful employees that is why it’s a pleasure to shop here ! She needs to go !!

I just didn't understand their pricing. The tags on the items were relatively expensive, but the Sale signs are practically everywhere. It should be more clear.
