I went to exchange a pair of gym pants. I couldn't find the same kind so I found a pair that were 3.00 more. They were having a 40% sale on them. I didn't have a receipt but didn't think it would matter if I was going to exchange it. Well I was wrong they said I would only get 6.00 for the pair I had which I know I paid at least 15.00. The ones I want were probably going to be 15.00 to 18.00. I was willing to pay the difference of 3.00 not 9.00. Horrible experience, managers and staff could not contain their biases towards minorities. Expressed to staff member that I was instructed on how returning items and having them credited to back to my credit card was doable. Unfortunately, after arrival in the store, manager was upset that I spoke to corporate to clarify the purchase return policy so after excepting the returned items called mall security!!!
