great price good staff very helpful
Signage made it confusing to know what was really on sale. Cashier provided refund after my own legwork because the staff didn't come look at my purchase. But the pantsed mannequin was funny.
I had the worst experience EVER while shopping in this store!!! They purposely mislabel items that are on sale to try to trick you into buying items. They charged us for an item we said we didn't want because it wasn't on sale and when we came back and told the manager about it we didn't even get an apology!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Love the sale/clearance section! Staff not really welcoming, but love the cashiers friendly and patient!
After the total disrespect for our military in Jacksonville, I will no longer shop in an Old Navy store.
