I will never shop at Old Navy at the Dayton Mall again. Their customer service is completely horrendous.
I recently purchased four pairs of their jeans. I tried them on at the store and had to go up a size from what I was already wearing (weird). The bigger size was still slightly too big. I went home and washed them hoping it would resolve the sizing issue. Unfortunately it was a temporary fix and within an hour they stretched out way too much being baggy in the butt and crotch areas. I had sent four emails to old navy and have yet to hear a response. I spent too much money to be this unhappy.
