Took my pregnant daughter there to get some clothes that fit! We got flip flops, tops, leggings and some other stuff. We can always find something worth buying at Old Navy
Have the ability to find orders placed on line in the store. I placed an order on line and it took 30 minutes for them to find the order.
The signs at the store are not correct. When asked about them the store workers and manager will not correct the problem nor will they apologize for the misinterpretation of the sign!
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. David, assistant manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. He needs to work in another industry .
What is the point of having old navy cash? It really is annoying to be forced to use it in the span of 4 days. In the industry that I am in if a customer presents a coupon we must honor it. Why? Because we want each customer to feel as though they're valued and needs are met. When I am rudely told my bounce back is expired then I wonder why I even come here. Well I won't anymore. Over it.
Not my first time walking out without purchasing because the line is insanely long and you have minimal people on registers.
