I was stalked by Deneris who is a manager. all over the store. She followed me into the fitting room which was very awkward. I'm not surprised because when I worked there 2 years ago she treated me like trash then too. which is exactly why I quit. When I told another manager he didn't care. all he told me was Deneris wasn't on the clock???? absolutely livid at the customer service and quality of product. Purchased a pair of side sip pants that fit great in the dressing room. wore them to work and they stretched out 2 sizes before lunch and looked hideous.called the store and the lady said I could return them. spent my lunch hour there shopping and got to the register and was told by the manager that she would not take them back. they were purchased just four days prior and I also had my receipt. I don't know why it is but every single time I ever walk into this store, the check out line is ridiculous and barely moves! Not sure if the cashiers are slow or there just aren't enough of them?

Horrible customer service. They did not greet us, they did not ask if we needed up, etc. I won't return to this location.

Oh my! Found tons to buy but I have been standing in line for over 20 minutes. It's hard to justify standing here this long on a Saturday. The line is now building to the back of the store.
Carla!!! Thank you for all your help yesterday. You literally looked through every single pair of pants in the store to make sure I had exactly what I needed!! Customer service these days is terrible but you went above and beyond. Have a Merry Christmas and thank you again!!
