The lines was so long I stood in line for hour and 17 min
I always have a good experience. Yesterday was the flip flop sale. I arrived around 9:15. A young man was at the door as a greeter. He also handed me a flyer. I went in got my selection. An associate checked in with me. The line moved quickly, the cashier was friendly and I was out.
Junky. No one in the fitting room . Only two registers one . Only one lady helped me and my sister.
Won't be back! The absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced! My friend, her infant and my self were standing in an extremely long line. Her baby was crying, she handed me her items and her card to purchase the items so she could go nurse her baby in the van. The cashier, who I might add saw the whole thing transpire, caught an attitude while I was checking out because I didn't have proof of ID. The manager Christine lacks in customer service skills. She is very rude & nasty. There was only 1 cashier who obviously was very overwhelmed. Now I remember why I stopped shopping in this store for so long.
