I was asked an insane amount of times if I wanted a credit card. I was asked if I would even be approved for the credit card that I already told her I did not want. When I was mistaken about the price of an item and thought it was discounted when it wasn’t, I was told “see, that’s why I told you you should get the credit card.” She asked once. I said no. Don’t ask me again. I am shocked.
Employees preoccupied signage was confusing ask for help and got it but they where busy with other things.
Went for $1 flip flops. Staff was very nice. Shop this location often. Always great sale going on. Store was up to 50% off. Seen many areas 30% off and 40% off. Plus the flip flops were $1-$2. Was helped and directed as needed. And spoke to about the store credit card which i turned away.
The manager of this location should be terminated and I’m not exactly sure why she hasn’t been yet... I just saw a review another lady made and I too witnessed the same behavior! HORRIBLE
Bought $500 worth of clothing from the store. Wore on of my sweaters once, machine washed cold/gentle as the tag stated and there are 3 holes in the bottom. Went to the store to exchange and a manager, Keisha, rudely stated it was against policy to exchange after wear and wash. I can find no policy on Gap, inc. stating this and used to work for Gap, inc and we used to exchange for customers under same situation. VERY disappointed in this service and the rude manager. I brought in an item that I received as a gift WITH a receipt. She asked how I wanted the money and I said cash or a gift card would be fine. She said she could do a gift card. Then she said that it accidentally went back on the card anyway. On the card that's not mine. She said she couldn't fix it and got another cashier who basically punched a few buttons and then said, "well maybe you can just explain it to the person who gave you the gift." Yes.
