I went in today to get an outfit. After becoming frustrated in the dressing room I called the store and asked for Candice, who was working the showroom floor, to please come help me in the dressing room with my outfit. (I had noticed how well dressed she was and knew she was the perfect person to ask!) Not only did Candice come in the next two minutes straight to the dressing rooms, she helped me put together the perfect outfit for a special occasion. Worst experience in retail! Never could get help! Store is a mess and the line only had 10 people but took 30 minutes because the two cashiers had no clue what they were doing!! I've never rated a business till today! It was that bad!!
