In Michigan where it is a law to wear a mask in stores employees and managers did nothing when multiple people complained about a customer not wearing a mask in the store! Don’t spend your money at old navy where they DONT CARE about your safety!

The customer service was delightful, but the line to check out was ridiculous! No one should have to wait ten minutes in line to pay, while only two out of five registers are open.

But it was a man following us around in the store. That made me mad as hell. I tell the cashier. She told us we don't have a man working here. Wtf!!!!! I want go back
