Worst customer service ever. The girl with the long blonde hair and glasses is TERRIBLE. God awful. I do believe her name is Olivia. Her customer service skills consist of eyerolling and loads of attitude. They do not honor their sale signs whatsoever. Will not be going back to this location ever again.

Poorly trained managers with terrible customer service skills. Dismissive of customers . Go to Muskegon or shop elsewhere .
What a fucking joke wanted some pants and had old navy cash they wouldn't let me use old navy cash on them but I could go online and buy same fucking pants using the old navy cash what a crock!!! You lost a a good customer who spends alot of money in your store no more never again! Oh and your female manager with red tips is a very rude and inconsiderate lady and DOES NOT need that position as she should not be in retail environment! Would give ZERO stars if I could!!!!!
Have been told by several friends and read several articles online about old navy being dog friendly, this is not the case for Holland
