I have been to many Old Navy stores. For some reason, this store appears to be disorganized, cluttered, sloppy, and there is never anyone to assist in the dressing room. This is troublesome because as a disabled person, that particular dressing room is locked and never anyone around. One should not have to walk all over the store to find a dressing room attendant. This location is very well-stocked for sale however of this at one dollar flip-flop sale actually there was a very limited supply for especially in larger sizes that 12s and 13 they were not in the back and there was this one little section. I am more than likely will not shop the flip-flop sale or this location anymore is it just seems as though accommodated
Customer service was excellent store clean and my store cashier was very friendly
Customer service fail tonight. 9 people in line with 3 registers going; when line down to 4, one register closes . I wait my turn and when done, ask to speak to a manager who doesn't let me get a sentence out before becoming loud and argumentative. It's two weeks before Xmas and a 60%off sale. Really Old Navy??? Manager Maya needs an attitude adjustment and a new job!
