Terrible experience today. The clerk used some ipod thing to check me out and after wiping out 2 gift cards and oh it’s not working anymore now we need to check out another way and oh wait my gift cards are empty. Of course they are bc they swiped 3 times!!!! 40 min here trying to check out and the store manager is the rudest ever. I will NOT be back in this store.
Poor service be informed you know longer can make an exchange without a fuss at Old Navy and in fact you'll be asked to come back a SECOND TRIP to the store after you get your credit in the mail this is what will happen if they do not have the same exact identical item in stock you are the one penalized rikki the Manager is not the most pleasant to deal with either she could care less if it inconveniences her customers as well as 800 Old Navy they are not willing to please the customer they would rather inconvenience us for ... read more
When asked if they had plus-size jeans, I was told they didn't sell them, that I would have to go online to buy them!!!
