RecommendedI had the most positive experience twice in a row. Was there for a big purchase and a day later for some exchanges. On both days there was a hold up for different reasons (I guess their system doesn't like me, lol) Regardless, Rian (one of the associates) was incredibly patient, friendly and professional and provided outstanding customer service. She knew how to utilize resources appropriately in order to make things work. I left the store as a very satisfied customer. Rian made me feel welcome and valued. 😊
Look at their "Code of Conduct" posted on the wall. If they can't differentiate between illegal firearms and lawfully carried ones, they don't get my business. Making it the 2nd item on the list was either ironic or intentional, but it got my attention.
Went here tonight looking for jeans for my soon the two ladies there Lydia and I can't remember the others name went above and beyond go back and forth to find the right size and even ordering more since they only had 2 in stock. Thank you ladies for all your help
This place is ran by morons. My wife, with a crying baby, needed to "show ID" for her 11 dollar purchase. My wife, having shopped here MANY times before and NEVER needing her ID, had left it in the car. The back of the card was signed. The manager was helpless and confused. My family will never do business there again. Get your act together Kelly.
