I don’t think I’ll be going to Old Navy again anytime soon. The store was BEYOND dirts. Dust bunnies in the fitting rooms, products had NO order and were just thrown on shelves or on the floor. Employees were unhelpful & wouldn’t answer questions/completely ignore me. Hangers were strewn about & b/c of this I stepped on one w/o knowing, slid, & fell on my butt. I told an associate and she look at me and said “okay? It’s my problem why?” Yeah I got some cute stuff but the way I was treated wasn’t worth the money I spent!
The person at the register was pleasant but the store was a chaotic mess. As if there is no one actually managing the place. I had to exchange items I purchased online but I will not shop in this store in the future.
Don't care for the new renovations/ set up. Less dressing rooms, less cashiers, awkward layout.
First time there and I'll never go back!' Horrible customer service, felt scammed! Manager makes excuses for the misleading advertising. Terrible terrible terrible experience!!!
