Used to be one of my fav Old Navy stores to shop at. Not after tonight. The cashier marked UP an item at the POS, when it was tagged correctly. Then told me it's not her concern when I asked why (if this is company policy) other employees aren't doing it for all purchases. I have recently had several items ring up for less than the marked price during transactions at Old Navy, including this store and the Factoria location, and NO ONE has EVER marked the price HIGHER than what it rang up for. RecommendedI shop old navy for the little I nanny, my family, and myself! love the employees at south hill. went into the outlet old navy and will never go back. I wont post all the negative but something I laughed at was an employee who looked at me like he didn't really want to ask me if i needed help but did anyway! the one thing i will say the south hill employees should go retrain the outlet employees on customer service!! including the outlet manager! south hill i love you guys!!!
Just very disappointed that my autistic son of 19 years was in your store today with his care provider and was working on introductions to people as part of his therapy when he approached a store clerk to say hi and introduce himself she "was busy with another customer!" and was very rude to my son! His new care provider didn't want to make a scene as this store clerk already had. Just glad I wasn't there because she would have gotten an earful of education from this mom. I love old navy but today was b. s. the sell was supposed to start at 7 am but the south hill mall is the only one that opened at 9 am what the f. I am pissed as hell
Had items on hold... well they gave them away and Cierra said that the people doing go backs were just doing their job and didn't read the tags because putting an item on hold isn't something they normally do....... well the girl the night before radio the manager and she made an exception. Wish I didn't drive all the way to the mall for my items that weren't there. And I wasted my super cash. Sad sad sad.
