Very disappointed with the quality of clothes at Old Navy. Everything has to be washed gentle... my daughters brand new sweater is already falling apart, washed it one time gentle setting and it's falling apart. I won't be shopping at old navy anymore. The clothes are very cheaply made.
Terrible service today- my change due was $20.35 and the cashier gave me .35 cents. We went to get our 20$ back and the manager said his drawer came out even. He ROBBED ME. And the manager told me hes their best employee so she doesnt beleive us- I shop here all the time and Old Navy is one of my favorite stores- it now is boycotted. Please everyone dont go here!!!!
