I was at your store last night around 7:30 pm and an older man fell on the sidewalk outside your store and was bleeding. Your manager told the an employee to not call an ambulance. Myself and others helped the man, called 911 and waited till the ambulance arrived while all Old Navy employee did was give the bleeding old man some napkins. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Terrible customer service! Not helpful at all and the Cleanliness and clutter of the store is a safety hazard and health concern! Very ghetto. Would not recommend.
Just randomly closed midday. Irritating. Only a sign on the door saying they aren’t open. No post on FB, no disclosure of when they will be open.
Not This Location. I'm not really an Old Navy fan but by tradition I shop here annually once or twice a year. I LOVE their tanks and other shirts, cant EVER seem 2 find a pair of Jean's that fit me properly, oh and I will get the flip flops. I went in there today and walked out with nothing. That store is always in such a mess, & clutter everywhere. Online shopping is better.

There’s a reason online shopping is preferred over brick and mortar stores and this is a perfect example. My family and I came in to look around and purchase some staple pieces for our children’s wardrobes, but we left empty handed less than 15 minutes after stepping inside. The store was a complete disaster. It was absolutely impossible to look for a particular size in anything. If I could give this store no stars I would. This is by far the WORST old navy I have ever been to! I saw several people walk out, i have walked out in the past! What is the management doing? There are 300 pairs of different jeans and sizes all on one shelf. You can’t find a size or a specific style. Same said for every rack of blouses. The place is a mess. Even talked to the MOD.
