Old Navy... So ...did a little early black Friday shopping tonight. Kohl's was super busy, but they were taking care of stuff! The lines were long, but they were prepared and they moved fairly quickly. I was super impressed! How's this for contrast...Go to Old Navy and wait in line for 15 minutes and have at least another 30 minutes to wait, which I was expecting and was fine with that...I'm a fairly patient person. Best experience at this store today. When my 10-yr-old daughter lost her wallet and was devastated, Morrow (who had been helping us find all sorts of great deals) consoled her and even gave her one of her own rings! She helped us search all over and finally found it for us under a shirt where she must have set it down. Thank you so much Morrow!!!! :)
If you forget to take signs down... thats your problem. If your sign says 40% and additional 20% off... that's what the customer should pay.
When the sign says " ALL jeans and pants on sale $19" you legally have to sell it for that advertised price. No where on this sign did it say "starting at". Not only did you lose a $40 sale you lost all of your future sales from me. I only bought jeans from you. I will pay the extra money to just have my jeans shortened. All because the manager on duty didn't want to follow the law.
