You need to clean your bathroom. I was in the store today right after it opened. It's disgusting. Fecal matter on the wall and toilet paper. It's apparently not been cleaned in a significant amount of time. The toilet was so dirty I didn't even use your facilities. I left my possible purchases and went to another store to spend my money.
I am so disappointed in what this place has become. As a former employee, this place has completely changed. The girls here are extremely condescending and rude. Teach them to be welcoming, Jenni Helgerson (General Manager). FYI, not everything is about credit cards. When you tell someone "I don't wanna open the credit card", then your associates should leave them alone, not nag them multiple times. I would really like handicap accessible doors. My clients like shopping there.. it's just hard to get into the building.. Is that possible?
