30 day return policy is frustrating when you have to order so much stuff online when it’s out of stock in the stores. I brought back an item that was the wrong size after 33 days and they wouldn’t take it back, no store credit or anything, no customer service. I walked away and told them to just throw the clothes in the garbage because I wouldn’t wear them, $10 says they’re already back on the shelf
Poor size selections for popular styles. Short return policy for the holiday season. Shipping is ridiculously long! By the time it gets to you, it’s too small and it’s too late to exchange/return it.
