I think my personal data might have been breached in November 2019 opening a Old Navy Credit card. Tried calling but appears customer service is off shore
old Navy is awesome I love their clothes and I own countless pieces. what I do not love is being followed around like a petty criminal when I'm trying to spend my gift card. I felt so uncomfortable I decided to just buy my mom's socks and leave. thanks old Navy I wish your employees were as awesome as your clothes.
Horrible return policy! Will never step foot in an Old Navy again. Tried returning a few items I bought 6/25, but admittedly, kept forgetting to return until today; basic white T’s and such; all items had tags and I had the original receipt.
