Normally, this would have been a 5 star review. Unfortunately our experience upon check out compels me to rate this low and actually share my disappointment. In past visits, the entire staff here, on the floor or as a cashier, is amazing, friendly and very welcoming. Sara, at checkout today was unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. Still decent prices for my grandkids back to school outfits
I’m only leaving such a low score due to all the lights other than the ones at the cashier area being turned off 15 minutes before close. With a small child in the dressing room, it became incredibly dark and scared my kid and made it nearly impossible to see anything and decipher between which items we were going to buy. Completely understandable and usual practice to quickly turn the lights off and then back on as a warning that the store is closing, but I’ve never seen this practice at any store and certainly we purchased... read more
