Don’t buy any metallic printed shirts at Old Navy because they fade BAD and FAST! My mom bought one for my daughter and it faded so bad when I washed it (following the wash and dry instructions on the tag). The Loveland Old Navy wouldn’t exchange this for me because it had been washed 🙄. So now we are stuck with this weird faded shirt she’s never worn that will likely get worse. Just was in the store and saw the cutest outfit on a mannequin. Looked everywhere for it, then asked a sales associate to show me where they were. No others could be found. The outfit on the mannequin was the size I needed. They would not sell me that one. "It's store policy because we have inventory." Makes no sense. You are in the retail business but you put stuff on the floor you will not sell? Put the items you won't sell in the back room! You've lost my business. Bad experience today when trying to return something. The girl was rude and clearly annoyed. She also should try coming into work looking a little more professional. She looked like she had just climbed out of bed. Have a little more pride in your work. You can do better old navy.
Corporate needs to respond the public about the fascism in its Iowa’s store. I called them and got the brush off
I arrived at your store at 6:45pm to grab 2 items for my daughter and the doors were locked. Not only is it false advertisement that you are open until 7pm on Sunday, but it's inconvenient for those of us who have to pack up our children and drive down to your store thinking we still have 15 min to grab what we need, only for you to be closed.
