Staff was friendly and shopping felt safe.
I was at your store last night around 7:30 pm and an older man fell on the sidewalk outside your store and was bleeding. Your manager told the an employee to not call an ambulance. Myself and others helped the man, called 911 and waited till the ambulance arrived while all Old Navy employee did was give the bleeding old man some napkins. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Had a wonderful experience today! Deena, General Manager, went the extra mile!
