Went in to buy jeans they didnt have the size I needed the young girl placed an order for me online the jeans were ordered wrong and then after all this they sent them to Indiana how the hell to you mix up Indiana with South Dakota The customer service was awful.
I shopped here with my husband on 6/22/2025. We found an item on the clearance rack that looked like an amazing deal, so my husband wanted to buy it. It turned out another customer had switched the tag, but they treated him like a crook. They even stuck the incorrect tag on his bag as an insult. He has dark skin, I have pale skin, and I got the feeling they wouldn't have treated me so rudely. We used to shop here every time we came to Sioux Falls, but I don't think we'll ever be back.
The tall Caucasian lady with glasses and big permed hair, really ruined our experience there. I was there with my nephew looking for a graduation shirt. She kept watching us and would get closer when we looked at something else. :/ She made us feel uncomfortable and we ended up leaving. Thankfully we found one at Kohl's.
Rushed customers because the mall was closing soon, lady with glasses at checkout was very pressed she had to work the cashier with people needing to checkout, threw bag after transaction to hurry us out. Very unprofessional from all employees.
