It’s ridiculous to open a store, allow people to shop and take their money, but refuse to allow a paying customer to use the bathroom. My money stays in my pocket!
I quit shopping here because it never fails you have to spend 10 minutes waiting in the line just to be checked out !

Due to the discrimination in a video posted, I am no longer shopping here or at any other Old Navy and it's affiliates. I highly recommend that any and all potential future customers never buy from Old Navy or any of its affiliated companies.
