This is the most unreputable, unprofessional, and incompetent bank I have ever encountered in my life. DO NOT EVER use this bank for any purpose or open an account here. You can never get through to a live person for help, they don't return calls, and they have unscrupulous business practices. I finally got a call back after literally 15 phone calls regarding the same issue, leaving detailed messages each and every time, and the woman hung up on me without resolving the issue.
Problems, problems, problems!!! So 7 days ago, I noticed I wasn't getting any purchase alerts, the app also wasn't showing 95% of my purchase withdrawals or deposits. I called customer service after 3 days and asked what was going on. I was told to contact the merchants it must be an issue with them . I stated these are major merchants I make purchases from regularly. The drive thru ATM machine is horrible. It has only worked 2 times out of my 8 recent visits for cash. Errors include: keypad not working for pin, withdrawal being unavailable (like, why?), touch screen not responding, and it asking to re-insert my card. It does a good job of frustrating me enough until I decide to just abort and go to the one off 80th ave...and that one us inconsistent too...
