Paperless (no account deposit/withdrawal slips available) transactions are seemingly the new plan in the lobby. So, upon going to the teller window, I was asked to write my account number on a slip of paper. Then, I was asked if this was for a checking or savings account. These 2 pieces of information are contained on the original phased-out slips, so what is the point of this new convention?
This is the most unreputable, unprofessional, and incompetent bank I have ever encountered in my life. DO NOT EVER use this bank for any purpose or open an account here. You can never get through to a live person for help, they don't return calls, and they have unscrupulous business practices. I finally got a call back after literally 15 phone calls regarding the same issue, leaving detailed messages each and every time, and the woman hung up on me without resolving the issue.
Problems, problems, problems!!! So 7 days ago, I noticed I wasn't getting any purchase alerts, the app also wasn't showing 95% of my purchase withdrawals or deposits. I called customer service after 3 days and asked what was going on. I was told to contact the merchants it must be an issue with them . I stated these are major merchants I make purchases from regularly.
