I don't care for the mother financial corp Old National, I've with this particular location since it was Bremen, Heritage, First Midwest, and then now. HOWEVER, Cynthia a banker here at this location saved my day! Something funny was going on with my account and she put her hero cape on and saved the day! Cynthia, thank you! Please keep her forever!
Paperless (no account deposit/withdrawal slips available) transactions are seemingly the new plan in the lobby. So, upon going to the teller window, I was asked to write my account number on a slip of paper. Then, I was asked if this was for a checking or savings account. These 2 pieces of information are contained on the original phased-out slips, so what is the point of this new convention?
