The MOST rude manager. Honestly, ONB has to be one of the WORST banks in Chicago. If you don’t need Zelle and don’t plan to withdraw large amounts of cash, I GUESS this bank might work for you. Otherwise, STAY AWAY unless you want to suffer. Every single time you try to use Zelle, your account gets locked. And if you need YOUR OWN cash, they demand like three forms of ID.
