After completing a HELOCk loan with this branch I have to say this was the most unpleasant/unprofessional banking experience I have ever had. Error after error after error with no apologies or explanations. Thousands of dollars of my money was misplaced and when trying to resolve this the branch manager hung up on me. There are not words to describe how unpleasant this experience was from start to finish.
