Very happy with the Old National takeover. Everything has been great. First Midwest was the worst bank of all time!
When I was banking with Park Bank and First Midwest who took over Park Bank I was used to accessing account information 24/7 via my cell phone inquiries. I have been trying to get a balance quoted from the newest bank Old National which have just acquired First Midwest Bank for over 20 minutes to no avail. Where is the 24/7 contact availability?
This Old National Bank has extremely attentive staff. Even during Covid and the world of weird in which we lived, they always went the extra mile to make sure you had access to my funds entrusted to them. Kudos to the staff and ability to do the transactions needed.
