January 12, 2026 This is my last time coming to this bank location. Everytime I do, the staff always seem pissy, terrible attitude. Each time I’ve came to this location, Iv’e had a negative experience. Done. Will be going to another ONB location.
Made appointment & took off work to update account holders and beneficiaries we took the time to explain what was needed. Documents were signed and still the proper updates were never completed by ONB. This is absolutely atrocious considering we were trying to preempt some heartache and probate. Death occurred & paying the funeral home became lengthy & cumbersome. Tried several times to reach manager & customer care to find out what happened and why this was not completed. No explanation or apology was ever given.
