Made appointment & took off work to update account holders and beneficiaries we took the time to explain what was needed. Documents were signed and still the proper updates were never completed by ONB. This is absolutely atrocious considering we were trying to preempt some heartache and probate. Death occurred & paying the funeral home became lengthy & cumbersome. Tried several times to reach manager & customer care to find out what happened and why this was not completed. No explanation or apology was ever given.

My money is not good enough for Old National Bank. The bank off Mineral Point had an empty parking lot and no customers at the drive thru (I now understand why after my interaction). I needed a crisp bill for a sympathy card and a roll of quarters. Since I was on my lunch break, I thought I would go to the bank my company used because it was nearby.
