Been just an awful couple years at Old National after my account got switched from First Midwest. They refused to give me my money because my license was expired. Ludicrous!! Manager Diana Wilcynski should be fired for how she treated me!!
Bank with them since I was young.Miss getting a loan because of 32 points on credit score. This after I have bought 2 vehicles and paid off another big loan at a loan company.Wow good on you.
Definitely not on their A-game anymore! This bank has just tanked in the past few months. Their service is absolutely subpar and customer service seems nonexistent. Looking forward to moving to another bank soon.
I don't know what has happened to this location over the years, but it's not good. And it's certainly not something I'm going to continue to support through my business!
The slows bank ever you would think on Friday they would have all leans opened and more people working. But this bank never does never.
