I got scammed out of 204 dollars 5 times. But since"I authorized it once", I'm out. Fraud department is the worst in the industry. About at all costs! Nicolet is as joke
I’ve been frustrated with this bank ever since they changed from Anchor Bank. My auto bill payments failed since then, I was (and still am) being assessed late fees when auto payments don’t go through/expire without notice, it takes forever to make a simple deposit, I’ve been questioned twice now about making a cash deposit over $3000 (not sure it’s legal for them to even ASK but they do), and customer service is HORRIBLE! I’m going to move my mortgage so I don’t have to deal with such horrible service.

Patrick was awesome when my dad and I visited. He took care of my dad's paperwork himself and made his day a little brighter.
