This bank is awful!!!! They sent out these leaflets last april they said to let you know there is no holding time when you use your card! I remember leaflets stating a new privacy policy. I think they need to be more apparent in letting you know they are about to screw you over and take your money. Now the moment you swipe your card whether debit or credit if the money isnt in there they charge you 35.00. Even if you do it after hours. I made a gas purchase at 10:00pm on a thurs. I hate old national bank. They nickel and dime you for everything. I have never been at a bank where the workers were so unfriendly and the call center so abrupt and downright rude. I will never do business with them again. They are the worst.
You do not want to obtain a mortgage through this bank. They have been known to sell their mortgages to collection agencies and other unreputable institutions. Nothing says we appreciate your business more than "By the way --we just sold your mortgage to some unheard of collection agency in California!" If I wanted a mortgage from some place I never heard of that was located 3,000 miles away --I would of done so in the first place. Thanks, but no thanks for your business!
i enjoy banking at old nal bank, if you like frienley service and promt service, ans safty then this is the bank,, no hassel banking,i love the visa check card, its the answer for fast cash at hand, only thing i dont like is the card runs out every year and you hafe to renew it, but takes only 3 days to get a new card not bad, David Coffin,,

My experience was very prompt, courteous and I got a FREE gift. Along with free checks, no minimum balance. Very friendly and helpful employees as well. I would recommend ONB to any one of my friends.
