The service team at this branch is exceptional. Draysen and Rafael were incredible and have helped a number of people. They do an excellent job building relationships with the people who come to Old Nat, and it is wonderful to see. The customer service was on point. If you absolutely have to use Old National, use this branch. The people will not disappoint. That said, I am closing my account with Old Nat because of issues with the remote IT mobile banking service and the limited hours of operation.
Came into this location with some old savings binds that were found in a drawer. The employee helping me was very friendly and professional. She cross checked my identity and made sure I had everything needed and documented correctly. I am from out of town but will definately be visiting this location for my banking needs while I'm here.

At first, I was sad when Anchor switched to Old National Bank. But I've come to learn that these are the nicest bankers on the planet. They have helped me out so many times and they really seem to care more about the customer than the money. Who can say that about any other financial institution?
